Default removing add-ins

I recently upgraded from Outlook 2003 to Outlook 2007.

When I start Outlook, I get the message that one of the add-ins could not be
loaded. I am instructed to contact the manufacturer and upgrade the add-in or
remove it.

Since it is an add-in for my mobile phone (which I do not need the add-in
anyway), I have tried to find out in Outlook how to remove the add-in. I
cannot find any information on removing it.

Does anyone have information on removing this add-in?

Thanks for your help.

I had been there before, but did not know what to do because I did not click
on "Go". This time I did and was able to remove it.

Thanks, Brian for the help.

Default removing add-ins

FOLLOW UP:

After following the instructions that Brian posted, I am still getting the
same error message at startup. I have contacted moble Phone Tools to see if
there is any fix.

The exact message that I get is: "The Add-in "mobile PhoneTools" (C:/Program
Files\mobile PhoneTools\Out97.dll) cannot be loaded and has been disabled by
Outlook. Please contact the Add-in manufacturer for an update. If no update
is available, please uninstall the Add-in."

I went to their website and downloaded the current version of the software
which did not fix the problem.

If anyone else has another solution, I would like to hear it. I am getting
weary of the message every time I start Outlook 2007. As I do not need the
program to do anything but download pictures from my Motorola RAZR cell phone
to my computer, I would gladly remove the add-in to Outlook 2007 if I could
find out how.

Again, thanks for everyone's suggestions and help.

First, look in HelpAbout Microsoft Office OutlookDisabled Items. Does it
show there? Second, open Windows Explorer and in the Address field, enter

%UserProfile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook

for WIndows XP and

%LocalAppData%\Microsoft\Outlook

for Vista and click Go. You should see a file named extend.dat there. With
Outlook closed, delete that file.

I went to their website and downloaded the current version of the
software which did not fix the problem.

After the above, reinstall this software and see if things have improved.
