Default Multiple email account to send email from: chosen account is ignor

Outlook 2003 SP2.

I have 2 email accounts, both IMAP.

When I compose an email, I can choose an account to send it from. However,
the recipient will always receive email from the first account, no matter
what I chose.

Is there some configuration amiss?

Thanks!
