Win2K3 SBS SP 2server
Exchange Server 2003 SP2 Outlook 2003 SP2 IE 7 Certificate error with OWA === We recently changed our MX record from mail.ourdomain.com to mail2.ourdomain.com. We think we've setup the mail2.ourdomain.com certificate correctly on our Win2K3 SBS SP2 server. Now, when using Outlook Web Access we get an invalid certificate error (IE7 address field goes pinkish with 'Certificate error'). This is currently expected however we can't find the location to download and install the NEW mail2.ourdomain.com certificate. We've taken IE7 down and back up, rebooted and retried. There's got to be a simple way as we thought IE7 (OWA?) would prompt us to download the updated (or correct) certificate. The OWA Help file didn't help! :-( Outlook issue === In our Outlook, we've changed mail.ourdomain.com to mail2.ourdomain.com but I don't think that Outlook will retrieve our emails until the certificate issue is resolved. Correct or what do we do here in Outlook? |
