Default Disabling Resources

We would like to disable the option to designate resources when scheduling
attendees in Outlook. I did not see that option in GP Admin templates. It
also does not seem so simple as disabling a Command bar item. Is there a way
to do this that I have overlooked?

Thank you,
Bart
