Default c:\Office Test (Directory was created)

I cannot reinstall Outlook and, coincidentally, I have a program called Tiny
Watcher that looks for problems on startup. It reports now that the above
is happening as the first item it detects. When I uninstalled Office
Standard 2007 from the Control Panel it did not permit a subsequent
reinstall. I then removed all references to Office in the Registry but that
did not help, Does this mean that Vista is now reinstating that in the
Registry at startup? Does anyone recognize what is going on?
