Our company moved from town X to town Y and obviously moved conference room
locations and named, I deleted them from Exchange Server 2003 SP2 x32 on Server 2003 R2 SP2 Standard x32 and ensured in System manager that they do NOT exist. They tombstone automatically after 60 days I believe, so after 3 months being here, they should have automatically been deleted from the system if "I" messed up. We have a distribution list for the company called CITYEmail and that has all the employees in the company. That was sent out today and when I replied and when another co worker replied or accepted the meeting request, the information below came up. These do NOT exist! Any way to try to track this down? Any registry search or hack or SOMETHING? This is annoying. Thank you.
