Ron Starbuck,
1. You can set both Outlook applications to "leave messages on server". In
addition you should have one PC delete the messages from the server after XX
days, so that you don't fill your Mail acct mailbox.

In Outlook2003 (similar procedure for earlier versions), on both machines:
Open Outlook TOOLS Email Accts View or Change Mail acct... Select one
POP3 Mail acct at a time Change button More Settings button Advance tab
Select to leave messages on server. Also on one of the PC's make sure that
you set it to delete messages after so many days. Repeat for each Mail acct
on both PC's.

2. For messages that are currently on each PC.
a. You will need to find the *.PST file for each Outlook application.
b. COPY and Paste the file into a folder that you can easily find on
your PC.
c. I would personalize the name of the file, such as "PC1Outlook.pst",
and for the other PC, "PC2Outlook.pst".
d. COPY and paste the xx.pst file from one PC to the other, into a
folder that you can easily find on the PC, by either having networked
together, or using removable media, such as a thumb drive or CD. Remember if
you use a form of removable media such as a CD, you will need to right click
the file first, and remove the "read-only" attribute for that file.
e. Then open OUTLOOK on one PC FILE Open Outlook Data File Browse to
the folder that you pasted the other PC's *.pst file to Select it Open
button the folders should appear in the folder tree.

Now you can do some housekeeping and move the messages and/or their folders
from the second personal folder that you just opened, into the appropriate
location in the folder tree, for the main personal folder for that PC's
Outlook application. You will do the same for the other PC, using the backup
*.pst file from the other PC.
