First things first.. Exchange 03, Office 03 (Word as Editor).. I have user
that somehow got ALL CAPS turned on when ever she sent out and email.. In which caused issues for anyone responding back as well.. Now I have it to the point where all caps only automatically turns on when they have a auto signature attached to the new message.. If there is no auto sig then the message works like normal and ALL CAPS is not enabled.. I have totally removed all signatures and recreated them with no luck.. I have done a detect and repair with office with no luck.. Is there some type of template file that is used when you attach a signature?? I have a small video that shows this in action which is about 1.3emegs if anyone would like me to send it to them.. It's very very strange and I can't figure it out.. Hope someone can help.. Thanks, Jason |
