Default read notify question

using exchange with Outlook (office 2003)

I can set read receipt for all emails but not for a single email. Is there a
way around this?

Before sending the mesage, click ViewOptions and enable tracking there.

enable tracking there? Where? There are many tabs that open under options
including general but I do not see tracking options anywhere. Please be
specific.

Please be specific.


There are NOT many tabs that open under ViewOptions. This is the View menu
on the compose window, not the ToolsOptions menu in the main Outlook
window.
