Orphaned outlook data file
Hi,
We have a user on terminal server 2003 using office 2003. They renamed a pst file that was open in outlook 2003. Now they cannot close the archive file. I tried creating a new mail profile but that did not get rid of it (I used the same profile name as before). Any ideas how to get this closed? Thanks. Mike

Thanks, that worked. I guess the profile does not get completely deleted.
