Default Why can't I send or recieve mail?

I have a trial version of Outlook 2007. I am continuously being asked for my
password, and cannot send or recieve mail. I have tried reconfiguring my
password, but it doesn't help. This is very frustrating. Anyone else with
problems like this? Microsoft wants to charge me $59.00 to ask them for help.

Microsoft will not provide any assistance with a trial version so your statement that they will charge $xx for support is bogus.

That being said, what type of mail account are you trying to use? Have you checked with your ISP to confirm your credentials that you are trying to use are correct? Have you tried removing and re-adding your account?

Milly...
I have tried to contact the administrator if my ISP, I sent them an e-mail
requesting information on my password yesterday afternoon. No answer back
yet. As far as your assertion that my claim of being charged $$ is "bogus", I
was indeed talking to an MS rep yesterday, he was very helpful as far as he
could be, seeing as how I have a trial verion and all. He directed me to 2
sites that could be of help, this being one of them. The other site informed
me (after I gave them the product ID number of my windows) that there would
be a $59.00 charge for technical assistance. I also have a problem with Dr.
Watson Post Mortem Debugger appearing regularly and shutting me down. Maybe I
should have mentioned that, also... However, please don't snidely assume that
I am lying. I am merely trying to get Outlook 2007 to work properly to see if
I am going to buy it. No "furious head scratching", just a novice user trying
to get information. I don't really know how to remove and re-add my account.
