Default Mail Forwarding

hi guys i am having a problem with outlook 2003 when trying to send email out,

it gives me the following error.

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Subject: Automatic forward from WinFax
Sent: 10/29/2007 4:51 PM

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

Buruuru on 10/29/2007 4:52 PM
This message could not be sent. Try sending the message again
later, or contact your network administrator. Error is [0x80004005-00000000-
00000000].

Please help, how do i solve the problem
