I have been using the PRF files for a couple of months nowfor my terminal
service users and just recently got calls about email not configuring. Noticed that the PST's these especific users had password and I've been looking and looking for a for a way so it prompts for the PST password but it won't do it. An error comes up that says "This information service has not been configured. Select an existing file to confiure, or type the name of a new file to create" The user has to browse to the PST and then it prompts for password. If the password is removed and user logs on again after profile is erased, it configures fine. Any ideas would be helpful. Thank you in advance |
