I have been using the PRF files for a couple of months now for my terminal
service users and just recently got calls about email not configuring. The problem reported has to do with PST are password protected and when the PRF files tries to add them it won't prompt user for password. It throws an error that says "This information service has not been configured. Select an existing file to confiure, or type the name of a new file to create" The user then browses to the PST and only until then it prompts for password. If the password is removed from the PST and profile erased so it configures again it maps PST without a problem. Any ideas would be helpful. Thank you in advance |
