Default ACT! and Outlook emails

I initially set up outlook to track the history of my emails into my ACT!
contact history, one day I logged in, and I can no longer get them to link.
I have my ACT! address book linked up in Outlook, but the "ACT!" tab is no
longer visible in my Options??? I'm getting no-where on my own trying to
figure this one out. Can anyone enlighten me as to how to get the Option tab
for Act to show up so I can again tell it to document history for the contact?
