Default outlook 2007

i am running vista home premim. I have a pop3 server. last week i
configured outlook to receive my comcast email. it has worked great until 2
days ago. I am nto able to receive any messages. It shows 1 of 14 3.01kb of
160kb. I am able to go to the comcast website and pull my email off the
server, but it toally defeats the purpose of configuring outlook..
thank you.
