I need to be able to stop Delegates from seeing some folders when they Proxy
across to their bosses mailbox to send emails for them. There is currently a Confidential folder set up in the mailbox but the delegates/secretaries can see the contents. I have been advised that I need to remove the Delegate's full access rights from Mailbox Rights in Exchange. I then need to set up a secondary mailbox for the user where these confidential emails will be sent to. I'd then need to add the secondary mailbox to the bottom of their Outlook Mailbox or get them to use Open Other User's Folder. Surely there must be a better way. Any help would be greatly appreciated. |
