Default Registry setting for: When Starting Outlook, Use this profile:

I know I can set the default email profile to start with in the
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows
Messaging Subsystem\Profiles

Is there a registry setting for the option to: "Always Use" or "Prompt for
a profile to be used"?
