In the AutoArchive options, there are checkboxes to archive and delete. They
can both be selected. I don't understand this, because it seems to me like it's one or the other, but not both. I don't want my e-mail to be deleted. I'm trying to figure out the best setting. |

Deleting expired items and moving older items are unrelated operations, both of which AutoArchive will perform. Consequently you get to choose both or either. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |
