In our office we all seem to experience the same issue with MS OUTLOOK 2003
When sending a word or Excell file using the send to feature from the FILE,
SEND TO
The new email message opens up with the attachment, but then prevents access
to other windows available on the background.
It feels as if the email message windows has blocked access to everything
for as long as it remains open..
However once the email has been sent, all access becomes back to normal.
This only happens when using the SEND TO feature available from either MS
OFFICE, MSIE
