Here is a good one for someone out there. i am trying to set up my work
email to be on hy personal Laptop. i have the server info and everything but
when i go to check the name it breings up the error that states. "the action
could not be completed. The connection to microsoft exchange is unavailable.
Outlook must be online or connected to complete this action." I have went
through the registry but i do not see the directory they what me to change.
I hope someone can give me some insite i am lost.

Your IT people should be able to tell you if your Exchange server is
configured to allow external access and what to specify on the client end.
