New install Outlook 2003
New install of Outlook 2003 - initial opening get 'You Microsoft Exchange
Server is Unavailable' and whatever answer Outlook closes and I can't set up my account!

New install Outlook 2003
Control Panel-Mail Icon-Accounts. Remove the Exchange account if you are not using one (business mail server) and install your POP3 or IMAP account.
