Hello:
I am trying to filter e-mails from Blockbuster so that when they are received they are moved(not copied)to the Blockbuster folder that I have created. However, no matter how I create the rules and change settings I am getting 2 copies of the e-mail. One in the folder that I designated and one in another folder that I created to filter e-mail from a specific e-mail address. Is there a fix or am I doing something wrong? Someone suggested I check off "stop processing rules" but I have 3 other rules that basically filter the e-mail based on account and moved to a corresponding folder. BTW, I have no issues with my other rules just this one. I have also tried to filter based on distribution list adding the e-mail address blockbuster uses to send notifications, with no luck. Any help would be appreciated! TIA |
