Default Error Message Cbiz after installing Outlook 2007

I just purchased Outlook 2007 for my home computer running XP. I just tried
opening Outlook and it gives me a error message: class does not support
automation or does not support expected interface Number: 430. After
installion I noticed there was a shortcut on my desktop for CBiz. I clicked
on that and noticed it said my license expired. I just bought it. Outlook
won't do anything...the toolbar for reply, forward and the drop down menus
for the cbiz toolbar won't do anything either. Any suggestions would be very
appreciated.

I did that twice and re-installed Outlook 2007.
