Default Preview pane and follow-up flag field disappear

I manage 2 inboxes in Outlook 2003. Occasionally, after switching back and
forth from the different inboxes, the preview pane view and the follow-up
flag field in one of the inboxes disappear. I have to reconfigure the inbox
view to enable the preview pane and to add the follow-up flag field. I do
not enable those options in the other inbox.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any ideas on how to resolve or work
around it?
