Default Outlook 2007 cannot open public folders

I just installed outlook 2007. When using it on a notebook using cached mode
I can access the public folders, but on a regular workstation which is
configured not to use cached mode it gives this exception when opening one of
the public folders.

"Cannot display the folder. You do not have sufficient permission to perform
this operation on this object. See the folder contact or your system
administrator."

It still workes on Outlook 2003, but not on the lastest Outlook 2007
(+updates)

Sounds a clear error to me; permissions issue.
What did your admin say?

For some reason the property in ADSI for the public folders (named: create
named properties... ) was not set to allow on everyone. When it was set,
everything worked.
