Default Office Outlook 2003 / OE 6 e-mail conflict

How can I get incoming e-mail to bypass OE 6 and proceed automatically into
Office Outlook 2003 inbox? Both programs are on the same computer. When I
open OE 6 all new e-mail from my ISP enters the inbox. I must then open OO
2003 and manually import the new e-mail. Can I get the e-mail to bypass OE 6?

Simply dont open OE, or delete the accounts in OE

If I don't open OE 6 the e-mail remains in my ISP inbox. If I remove access
to OE 6 thru Add/Remove the e-mail remains in ISP. Which accounts should be
deleted?

What are you talking about? OE and Outlook are completely separate products.
If you want Outlook to collect your mail instead of OE, configure your mail
account in Outlook and remove the mail account from OE.
