I have a new computer with Vista. I have 2 user accounts, mine and my
wife's. We have Road Runner email accounts. They work fine with the default Windows Mail software. I upgraded to Office 2007. I configured my email account with Outlook and it works fine. I switched to my wife's user account and configured her email, but consistently get an error message that the pop server can not be contacted. If I use Windows Mail, it contacts the server and works fine. Any insight as to why Outlook works with my account, but not with my wife's? Thanks. |
