Outlook 2003 color scheme on Vista
Outlook uses the system colors in the 2003 version. Only 2007 offers the ability to set the theme from Outlook.

Outlook 2003 color scheme on Vista
As Mr.Staples informes here OL2003 uses system color. So if you do as you did
no XP, edit system colors or the whole theme you will get a change in Outlook. Even on Vista. The normal way is to right click on desktop and choose color and appearence. from there you can edit your current themes with colors and fonts.
