Outlook 2003 won't start - MSSPC.ECF MISSING
My Outlook 2003 wont start says the MSSPC.ECF is missing or in the wrong
format but I can stand on my head and sing NKOSI SIKELELA through my toes and it *WON'T* fix... I can't run DETECT & REPAIR because Outlook just won't start. The REPAIR on my installation CD doesn't help. 'Ell! Reinstalling doesn't even help?! Does anyone know what I can do to fix it?
