I use Outlook 2007 connected to my gmail by IMAP. I want to have destop alert
when any of my imap folder has a new email. I set up a rule to show alert. But it works for Inbox folder only. I haven been able to make it work for ther folders. Actually is there any way to show Desktop Alert when I have a new email in any folder through any account? Thanks |

I haven been able to make it work for ther folders. I don't think it's possible to have alerts for any folder other than the Inbox. Rules work automatically only for the Inbox. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |
