Moving my data from Outlook 2002 to Outlook 2007

Default Moving my data from Outlook 2002 to Outlook 2007

What is the best way to get all my folders, deleted emails, sent emails
(everything), contacts, etc loaded into my new computer that comes with
Outlook 07?

Default Moving my data from Outlook 2002 to Outlook 2007

Except that it contains an error. You do not copy the data file to the
default location. If you do, there is a good chance you will overwrite
another data file and corrupt your profile since both Outlook 2002 and 2007
give their data files the same name by default and few users bother to
change them.

Stillwater, if you used Outlook 2007 on the new computer before, consider
saving your data file to My Documents instead.

It actually applies to any recent version of Outlook. All create a default
data file called "Outlook.pst," and a new installation will create one
before a user even has a chance to migrate data.
