Default [outlook 2003] mail client not deafult in 64 bit

Hi All,
I have 10 stations with 64bit hardware and OS (XP 64).
After installing office 2003 + SP3, I've tried to send a file from desktop:
Send to Mail recipient, and a wisard pops up asking me if I want to set
outlook express as deafult email.
Any thoughts?
Thanks a lot in advance
