MS Outlook 2003 the mark my comments check box unable select
In the E-mail Options , there is replies and forward setting on mark my
comments unable select . The check box is faded, do not know why.

That's because you have Plain Text chosen as your default format. Click ToolsOptionsMail Format, change the "Compose in this message format" drop-down to HTML, click Apply, and the "Mark my comments with" checkbox in E-mail Options back on the Preferences tab will be active. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook]
