I don't understand this, and would welcome advice. Since loading 2007,
Outlook opens with a dialogue box advising a Security Warning, as follows: C:\PROGRA~1\MICROS~2\Office12\ADDINS\COLLEA~1.DLL This application add-in has been disabled. I have hit the Disable Application add-in button, and it takes 5 hits to get rid of the window each time...but still it comes up each time Outlook opens. In the program files, it describes ColleagueImport.dll as a sharepoint component. What do I do? |

Go to Tools- Trust Center- Add-ins and disable the addin if you're not
using it. Which other addins do you have installed? It could be that some conflict with each other as this addin should not give you any issues in plain vanilla Outlook. thank you for quick response.
1. I followed your instruction and was given the option only to make it inactive, which I did. Reopened Outlook to test and now all the the add-ins are in the Inactive section, none in Active, none in Disabled. Dialogue box as described in original message came up again, upon reopening. 2. The other message that was (and continues) to come up with with each opening of Outlook reports that the "mobile phone tools addin cannot be loaded and has been disabled by Outlook". AlthoughI hit the disable button each time, I also disbled that one when I went to the trust centre, as above. 3. Now there are no addins in the Active Section, and the ones in the InActive section a 4. Went back in and removed the ColleagueInstall.dll add in & reopened again...both messages still coming up. All addins that came with 2007 (nothing extra added since loading) are in Inactive section: Is this where they ALL should be?
