You don't convert it to an ost-file. An ost-file is meaningless in terms of
storing data as it is only a cache. The actual data is kept on the Exchange
server. You can simply drag and drop your items from a pst-file to an
Exchange mailbox or, depending on your Exchange version, automate it via
Exmerge or Exchange Management Shell.

Looking for converting orphaned .ost file to a .pst file in order to retrive
all the orphaned emails from the OST.

Pleas eadvise any FREE solution for this ?

I have seen the tools available for money but is there anything which doesnt
involve any cost ?

Your time and help is appreciated in advance...?

The only free solution that exists is for you to use a system restore point
to roll back your PC to before you deleted the account and then create a PST
and copy the folders to it. As far as I can tell, there are no free tools
that will do the conversion for you.
