Default Outlook 2003 crashing

Yesterday I did a repair on the Office 2002 installation to fix a problem
with Excel (ran repair). Since then Outlook 2003 opens, then "encounters a
problem" and closes, so I'm guessing that somehow that process affected
Outlook. Tried using my installation disk, but somehow it does not contain
the setup.exe file and I can't get it to start. It looks as if I didn't
make a copy of that disk.

Any suggestions about how to get Outlook up and running again?
