Problem moving .pst file
I want to move a .pst file from C drive to another internal drive using copy
and paste in Explorer. I get an error message "Cannot copy Outlook: the process cannot access the file because another process has locked a portion of the file." Outlook is closed when trying to move the file. Any ideas? -- Sarah
