Use the Mail applet in the Control Panel to correctly configure OL - you
would probably be advised to create a new Profile

Hi,

I went to Mail applet, in the E-mail tab, i saw my name reflected there. But
in Data Files tab, the filename is Outlook.pst in c:\Users\Tony Li. Tony Li
is the old user. I want to remove Tony Li and replace with lauwt. i cant
seem to remove it because it is a default. What should I do? I am not an IT
trained person. Could you guide me step by step. Thank you!

Is your Windows user profile "lauwt" or is it still pointing to the old
"tonyli"? If the latter, your WIndows user profile is incorrectly
configured. If you are using "lauwt" as the Windows username, creating a
new mail profile and new PST in the Mail applet should create it in the
correct folder. You can then make the new PST the delivery location.

Use the Mail Applet, create a new Profile, do not copy old profile, add a
new data file - it should be the only one shown - add your mail account(s) &
test them
Set this Mail Profile as the default during the setup
