Default HTTP and Out Web Access mail

I have sucessfully setup outlook to collect my university Outlook Web Access
emails via HTTP mail configuration.

It works for a couple of days but then i get this message: Task
: Folder:Inbox Synchronizing headers.' reported error
(0x80040604) : 'A folder by this name already exists.'

I have searched loads of forums but they all seem to refer Hotmail but not
HTTP mail. I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place as Microsoft havent got
a clue what the error code means and my Uni Tech Dept say they dont support
Office 2007 as yet

Yes - the folder list will not update and the inbox/sent items/contacts etc
remain unchanged.

Not too sure how to check which version of Exchange but it says "Microsoft®
Office Outlook® Web Access for Exchange Server 2003" when i click about
