Error while trying to configure Outlook 2003
All,
I am trying to setup outlook 2003 under a new user's profile. When I enter the exchange server and mailbox name I get an error that reads; "The name could not be resolved. The name could not be matched to the name in the address list." I have verified that this user has an active box in AD and that the user is able to connect to this box using OWA. I was able to configure outlook with another user's mailbox under a different profile. I have tried deleting and recreating the outlook profile. I recieve the same error. Any ideas? Thanks Nick
