Default Graphic in email signature break when sending

I've created an HTML signature with a photograph of me in it. When I send
messages using this signature, the graphics disappear and are replaced with a
broken link and the following property

outbind://43/cid:703414222@29052008-3071

Any ideas on how to fix this problem?

Cheers

Murad
