Default identifiy commandBarID

I am working on a GPO to enforce plain text in Outlook 2007. I am following
this MS KB article - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/930508. I am trying to
identify the commandbar ID's 9087 & 9088 found in Step 3. (The other
numbers, #5564 & #5565, are the same in Outlook 2003 and 2007).

I have search the internet, used Outlook Spy and run Sue's command bar Id
script, but so far I have been unable to see what this article is disabling
using #9087 & #9088.

Can anyone tell me what those 2 numbers reference or give me some direction
on how else to find out?
