One of my users typed in several lines of text without any carriage returns
and replied to an email. He was using a Blackberry through BIS. Our internal email server is ipswitch imail. All of his data was stripped in Outlook 2003. The text can be viewed in imail's web interface but it's a long string, not in paragraph form. I'm wondering if there's a setting in outlook that allows wrapped text to be viewed. |
