I just downloaded the trial version of Microsoft Office 2007 Professional. I
am able to open and use all the programs. I have three email addresses that I would like to add to Outlook. Two work accounts and my personal gmail account. I have checked and rechecked all of my entries and I am unable to send or receive. In fact, the button to create a new email is grayed out. I have contacted my ISP as the software has suggested. I walked through the process with the technician, but we were unable to achieve a positive result and I was referred back to Microsoft. When I called Microsoft, I was told that there were no technicians available for my question and I should try the support groups. Thanks. |
