How do you import ALL files and settings from Mozilla Thinderbird into
Outlook 2007?

unless outlook specifically supports it you don't without using a 3rd party
utility or converting to another format first.

Impossible because Thunderbird has settings that Outlook does not (and vice
versa, for that matter).
