My company has implemented a standard signature format and stationery for
all users (see below). On certain machines and certain versions of outlook, though OK in the signature editor, the links (email address and web links) automatically change in font size actually from 10 to 12 pt. Sometime it also changes the display color what is also not wanted. I personally have no problem and run Outlook 2002. Most colleagues having problems run more recent versions (from 2003 onwards).
