I have just bought a new laptop with Vista. I have installed Outlook 2003 and
used Windows Easy Transfer to move all my data across. When I try to start Outlook, I get a message "Unable to open your default e-mail folders. Could not open item. Try Again" When I click OK, I am asked if I want to "open your default file system folder. "When I click Yes, I get an error saying Outrlook has stopped working. I have installed the rdcommended updates. Any thoughts please? |
