I am trying to change my POP3 & SMTP Servers in Outlook 2003. This should not
be difficult according to the directions. But when I look for E-mail Accounts until the TOOLS menu (fully expanded), it is not there. I can not find anywhere to add anything to the TOOLS menu. I would like to get off of my Netscape email and onto Outlook, but I can't unless I can change my email servers. Thanks. Helen |
