Default Embeded Link to internet in Outlook

Something changed in my settings so that when clicking on an internet address
in an e-mail message (or one where actual URL isn't show like in ad link),
dialog box appears stating "Operation canceled due to restrictions on
computer. See system administrator." That's me, so how do I get the
restriction removed?...looked in Tools and in Help, can't find where to
change settings.

Reset your browser and also reset it as the default browser in Windows.
